discovery and retirement

ive decided to retire this blog. i know. short lived. the funny thing is, ive got another one. one i started first.

after i began feeling a little left out and needed some therapy i created this blog. to get away to somehow separate myself from the mama. as if this allowed me to hold on to something that was now only mine. to convince myself i wasn't 'just' a mom. that i could morph into something better or more.

a hard lesson this week made me realize i am a freaking mom. and that's pretty neat. so in an attempt to be a bit more authentic, i am gonna attempt to put these two selves together. im a little nervous as most that read my other did not know about this one. but there's a peace in learing to be honest about yourself.

im not getting rid of suburban boho misfit, but won't be here much if at all. as part of this sort of learning about myself and growth im not sure im ready to 'delete' it yet. in any case, if you are still interested in following along we'd love to see you at our old place.
